Post 3: Free Theme Topic / Mental Health

 Hello everyone, I really did not know what to write in this post that I honestly tell you that I am writing it very late, because I have been in a mental breakdown, so I will tell you a little about myself and how stressful these last weeks were, I hope that serve me as a method of personal liberation hahaha.

How to get started... THIS SEMESTER HAS BEEN INTENSE! Starting because I have 7 subjects and two of them in hybrid format (online - face-to-face) to which I have not gotten used to yet... in fact I decided to attend face-to-face classes only on Fridays because it is the only class of the day, unlike the Monday class that ends at 1:00 pm and therefore I have 2 hours to get home, have lunch and reconnect in the afternoon with an online class by zoom, all in a hurry. 

Without being so negative, I think face-to-face classes are necessary, I personally like them a lot, but the academic load been intense that I arrive at the faculty half dead every Friday :( luckily the teacher has spent more time creating a good atmosphere among classmates and teachers more that filling us with homework for the weekend. 

Sometimes I feel like Fridays are my relief... I like to go talk to my classmates and be distracted, although I think nothing will be like before, but at least it feels more human to be able to be physically.
